Continuing To Be Me

Continuing To Be Me offers flexible person-centred support, occupational therapy, assessment, intervention, and training for people living with dementia, their families and carers.

We also provide dementia consultancy training and education to a range of providers and settings including NHS trusts and care homes.

Dementia services areas covered: Central and North London, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Cambridgeshire.
